Why This Retreat?

Set in Nosara, Costa Rica — one of only five Blue Zones on Earth — this retreat immerses you in a way of life celebrated for health, happiness, and longevity. Nosara is widely regarded as the epicenter of yoga, surf, and holistic living in Central America. Framed by lush jungle and endless Pacific waves, it’s a community that thrives on connection, wellness, and respect for nature.

Celebrated in Condé Nast Traveler and Yoga Journal for its eco-conscious spirit and holistic lifestyle, Nosara invites you to slow down, reconnect, and thrive. At the Jungle Beach House, enjoy chef-prepared, healthy breakfasts and lunches, and fill your days with yoga, surfing, Pilates, Spanish lessons, horseback rides, ziplining, and more — all steps from the beach via our private jungle path.

Result: a true mind-body reset in one of the most uplifting destinations on Earth.
