How to Book
Submit a reservation request with your preferred dates and guest composition. The base rate includes six guests—add the appropriate extras for every additional person above six according to their age group.
Reservation Flow
- Check availability calendar & choose desired week(s).
- Submit request with total adults & children (indicate ages).
- We reply within 24 hours with confirmation & rental agreement.
- Return signed agreement + deposit to lock in dates.
Example: 14 adults → 8 extra adults beyond the six-person base.
Payment Terms
- 50% deposit to reserve
- Balance due 30 days prior to arrival
- ACH transfer (preferred), Wire transfer or Personal check
- Credit Cards (3.5% processing fee applies)
Wire details included with the rental agreement. International transfers: recommend initiating 2–3 business days in advance.
